如何正确的选好仪器仪表的型号？

选型需要了解两大基本参数，一个是工艺参数，一个是电气参数。确定好这两大参数之后，基本可以确定一套仪表所需的变送器，传感器和安装辅件了。
一、工艺参数：
1、介质名称
这个是必须要知道的，不同类型的仪表，了解介质特性的作用也不完全相同。
一般作用：
a、了解介质成分，特性：腐蚀性、导电性、粘稠度等
b、根据介质成分可以确定接液材质；
c、根据介质特性，选择适合的传感器等
2、工作压力、温度
工作压力范围，包含经常工作压力和极限压力范围；
工作温度范围，包含经常工作温度和极限温度范围；
3、安装条件
仪表和现场的结合形式，比如：从反应釜（罐子）底部插入；从反应釜（罐子）侧壁插入；水池（槽）顶部插入；管道插入；管道截断（管段式）；
4、过程连接
过程连接有几种方式：法兰、螺纹、快卡、焊管、塔接头（软管）等
法兰连接需要确定法兰的公称直径，公称压力和标准号。
螺纹连接需要确定螺纹型号和尺寸。
5、量程
量程一般指的是测量范围。物位开关里的量程指的是控制点尺寸；流量计的量程指的是管道口径。
6、防爆要求，防护等级。
防爆要求有本安防爆和隔爆两种。本安和隔爆的区别下文有详细阐述过；
防护等级是由IP防护标志和两个数字所组成，第1个数字表示电器防尘、防止外物侵入的等级，第2个数字表示电器防湿气、防水浸入的密闭程度，数字越大表示其防护等级越高。IP68是最高防护等级。
二、电气参数
1、输入（电源）
有三种电源供电形式：220V.AC、24V.DC、电池供电（锂电池、太阳能电池等）
2、输出
a、模拟输出：电流4~20mA；电压1~5V；频率0~5000HZ等；
b、数字通讯：RS485 、DCS、PLC等；
c、控制输出 （开关量)：上下限控制、清洗控制、自诊断报警。
