超声波流量计安装要求有哪些？

超声波流量计是种非接触式仪表，它可以测量大管径的介质流量也可以用于不易接触和观察的介质的测量。超声波流量计测量精准，几乎不受被测介质的各种参数的干扰。
超声波流量计的安装相对于其它类型的流量计是较为简单便捷的，简单说来只需要选择一个合适的测量点，通过将测量点的相应的管道参数输入流量计中，然后把探头固定在管道上即可。
超声波流量计的安装主要遵循以下几点：
1.选择充满流量的材质均匀质密，易于超声波传输的管段，如垂直管段或水平管段。在安装探头之前，选择出管材致密部分进行探头安装，须把管外欲安装探头的区域清理干净.
2.安装距离应选择上游大于10倍直管径，下游大于5倍直管径以内无任何阀门、弯头、变径等均匀的直管段，安装点应该远离阀门、泵、高压电和变频器等干扰源。
3.避免安装在管道系统的最高点或者是带有自由出口的竖直管道上。
4.对于开口或半满管的管道，流量计应安装在U型管段处。
5.充分考虑管内壁结垢状况，尽量选择无结垢的管道进行安装，如不能满足时，可把结垢考虑为衬里以求较好的测量精度。
6.两个传感器必须安装在管道轴面的水平方向上，并且在轴线水平位置±45°范围内安装，以防止上部有不满管、气泡或下部有沉淀等现象影响传感器正常测量。如果受安装地点空间的限制而不能水平对称安装时，可在保证管内上部分无气泡的条件下，垂直或有倾角地安装传感器。
超声波流量计在安装时，我们需要将工况条件考虑进去，才能有效安全的使用超声波流量计。
