差压流量计简介

管道内流体流经节流装置时会产生压力差，压力差与流量之间存在一定的关联，通过测量这个压力差可以实现流量的测量。
差压流量计由一次装置和二次装置组成，一次装置为流量测量元件，它安装在被测流体的管道中，产生与流量（流速）成比例的压力差，供二次装置进行流量计算、显示。二次装置为各种机械、电子、机电一体式差压计，差压变送器及流量显示仪表，它既可测量流量参数，也可测量其他参数（如压力、物位、密度等）。
一次检查元件常见的有节流装置、动压测定装置两种。
节流装置以孔板、喷嘴和文丘里管为代表，包括标准孔板、ISA1932喷嘴、经典文丘里、多孔平衡孔板、长泾喷嘴、V型锥流量计、契形流量计、环形孔板、圆缺孔板、1/4圆孔板、限流孔板、弯管流量计、插入式双文丘里、多喉径流量测量装置、机翼测风装置等。
动压测定装置包括均速管（阿牛巴、威力巴、德尔塔巴、拖巴管）、皮托管等。
