3.液位测量仪表
压式液位计和超声波液位计。
超声流液位计与容器内壁之间的距离应大于最大测量距离处的波速半径，且应避开进料口。波速传输范围内不应有液位界面外的其他物体。
差压式液位计测量中，如果搅拌器停止，浆液沉积，密度会发生变化，压力膜盒感受到的压力变化，显示会产生一定的误差，精确度没有超声波液位计好。而在超声波液位计测量中，搅拌器运转会产生大量的水雾，影响声波的反射强度，从而影响到液位测量的准确度。
4.压力及温度变送器
压力变送器－烟气、泵出/入口、仪表风压力。
测量烟气/仪空压力：烟气压力通常压力不会大于 10KPa，仪表空气压力小于10bar。烟气中含有SO2和NOx。测量中烟气温度和粉尘都不是问题，导压管向上走就可以，通常不需要选用带膜盒的单法兰的压力变送器，316L材料即可。
差压变送器－过滤器、烟气差压、吸收塔液位
温度变送器－主要用来测量烟道进出口烟道温度，以PT100热电阻为多。
