1、准(精)确度：仪器仪表的示值与被测量[约定]真值的一致程度。
2、准(精)确度等级：仪器仪表按准(精)确度高低分成的等级。
3、重复性：在同一工作条件下，仪器仪表对同一输入值按同一方向连续多次测量的输出值间的相互一致程度。（注：重复性应不包括回差、漂移。）
4、重复性误差：在全测量范围内和同一工作条件下，从同方向对同一输入值进行多次连续测量所获得的随机误差。
5、稳定性：在规定的工作条件下，仪器仪表性能特性在规定时间内保持不变的能力。
6、漂移：仪器仪表输入--输出特性随时间的慢变化。
7、点漂：在规定的工作条件下，对应一个恒定的输入在规定的时间内的输出变化。
8、零点漂移：简称零漂。范围下限值上的点漂。当下限值不为零值时亦称为始点漂移。
9、误差：测量所测得的读数值偏离真值的程度：误差=测量值-真值。
10、真值：指客观存在，但除了理论上外无法绝对正确地得到的物理量，在现实中常把精度足够高的标准仪器得出的数值作为真值。
11、测量值：指通过仪表等工具对真值进行测量后所得到的读数值。
