惠州宇新化工是一家以新型环保溶剂产品为核心业务、以整合石化资源为发展方向的大型化工企业。2009年进驻大亚湾以来，宇新股份立足大亚湾石化区，深耕LPG（液化石油气）深加工行业，成长为华南地区规模大、技术先进、产业链完善的碳四深加工企业。

宇新化工现有七套生产装置：两套MTBE装置、异辛烷装置、乙酸仲丁酯装置、气分装置、废酸处理环保装置和烯烃异构化装置；满负荷运行，年液体产品总产能超80万吨，年产值达40亿元以上。
化工生产过程常常涉及到含有易燃、易爆、腐蚀性物质的化学品，使用普通过程控制设备会增加工作人员的风险系数，因此需要通过各类防爆型仪器仪表来监测整个生产过程，让其在危险环境下稳定地测量数值，从而确保生产过程的安全性。

中核仪表为宇新化工提供包括防爆型工业pH计、防爆型工业电导率仪、pH电极等数据监测仪器仪表及配套设备，严密监控生产设备运行状态，实现对化工生产过程的实时监测和控制，避免人工操作的繁琐和不准确，提高生产效率。同时，还可以对反应参数进行精确控制，避免因参数不准确而导致的产品质量下降，帮助企业提高产品质量。
