马钢奥瑟亚化工有限公司主要从事煤焦油深加工及其附属产品的生产、储藏、国内销售及出口。是马钢煤化工产业的重要组成部分和下游企业，每年需为马钢消化20万吨炼焦产生的煤焦油。

其主要产品改质沥青年产量约10~11万吨，因具有较好粘结性、流变性以及较高的结焦值，主要作为电解铝行业的重要生产原料，用于生产预焙阳极块和高功率电极棒，也可作为电极黏结剂使用。其产量的60%出口至阿曼、新西兰等地的大型铝厂。
